my ether stuck in limbo, is this all just a big scam

I can view my Authereum wallet in etherscan, I can see my balance, but when I log into authereum, it just says "deploy account, you're almost there" I made a transfer of the declared deployment amount >90 days ago, is this just a scam??? so I guess my ETH is just being held hostage now as I cant even get into my authereum account to move it out.
